AWin-Win Overseas Manpower Agency is licensed and authorized by Myanmar's Ministry of Labour as an overseas employment agency, with a license that is renewable.
At present, only about 250 licensed agencies are legally active and bound by the government's rules and regulations.
The company was formerly known as "Gemini Enterprise" in late 1996, when it supplied general workers, skilled workers and technicians, and hotel staff to labour markets in Brunei, Singapore, and the UAE. Following a change in company registration policy in 1996, the name "AWin-Win" was adopted, and the company secured its labour license in early 2006.
